WeBuyTextbooks.com is a pretty good company to sell your books to. However you should also consider other companies as well. Cash4books is another one that comes highly recommended as well. You can compare what these companies, plus a bunch of others are paying for used books a BookScouter.com. They also have user-submitted reviews to get an idea of how long each company takes to pay and such.

Webuytextbooks.com is a scam. I sent them a like new book because they had the best buyback price. After two months and a couple of emails to them, I finally recieved an email stating that I had sent them the wrong book and that I had not responded to an email asking if I wanted the book sent back to me. All of this is lies. Now instead of getting $50 back with another company, I am out the money I paid for the book. Horrible, unethical company.

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! Sent them college text books and was promised $80. Instead we received an email stating that our package was opened and no text books were inside. Now we are out of the books and money we spent on the books. Never use this site.

Scam I sent them new textbooks 5 wks. ago and they tell me they havn’t received them but PO say they have been delivered.

They are a scam. STAY AWAY. I mailed them a textbook via USPS and was supposed to recieve $60 for it. I contacted them multiple times and they wouldn’t confirm they received it and didn’t remit the money. I’ve never had a problem with any other book buyer or seller and have used many. These guys should be closed down or arrested for theft.

I sent them 2 books expecting $80. They say they never received them. Wish I would have found these posts sooner!

Thankyou! Thankyou! thankyou! was looking at prices for selling my books and the “Webuytextbooks” was double if not more than any other site, so i smelled fish but could not find proof until here! you guys save me huge though i am sorry that there was not this help for you
