  1. I’ve gotta be honest, I’ve used voipservers.net in the past, and had quite a few problems with very little help from customer support… The servers kept crashing, and everytime I emailed for support, it would take them a couple of days to reply, so not really the best there is, and I’d recommend stearing clear.

I host my teamspeak with raidek.com now, great company, and very helpful, so far, my servers never been offline even once, and I’m about to start hosting my website with them. Theyr’e a UK based company so if your in EU or UK, you won’t find much better than these guys, other than that, I’d recommend rackspace.com, again a very good company with alot of happy customers, I don’t know what they’re teamspeak servers are like, but my brother rents a dedicated server from them, a bit expensive but hey, he’s been with them for a few years so he’s staying loyal I guess.

Anyway, Hopefully this will help some of you find a great teamspeak service.

  2. I have been hosting with 247-host.com for some years now and there has not been any issues. I assume if one is a bit careful at the time of hosting and does not care only for low cost hosting as the only factor for selecting a web host, there should not be much of issues.
Also these days there are money back options and if one is paying for one month only, there are lesser problem changing a host.

  3. Within the last month, I signed up with voipservers.net for a 25 slot Mumble server. I paid for a whole year’s worth of service up from and now they’re trying to charge me monthly ON TOP of that. I’ve been attempting to send in a support ticket to get that resolved, but my every time I click “Submit” it logs me out. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SERVICE!!

  4. This review is a crock of lard. It may be the company marketing itself.

I created the account and then asked what about requiring all user to use Push-to-talk. I also started another HT about the server stopping. Kevin does not read your help tickets completely, even if they are composed of a few lines. It looks as though he is very young and his parents paid to set him up with TS.

From the help tickets is looks like Kevin N, is in charge. This individual is simply not to put up on the front desk. In fear that Teamspeak will see his untrained and unprofessional responses, he will delete those tickets. Check out his response:

    dallasxtreme.com / GameServer

Kevin deleted a thread of help tickets about push-to-talk. This morning I see the help tickets were removed about the topic, Push-to-Talk. His response is the following:

    “On 1/24/2012 5:41:45 PM Kevin N. wrote:
Tickets cannot be deleted unless the entire account is deleted. They are simply closed. You can still access the tickets from within the control panel. ”

You can see that from his response that he is not being truthful. Any help ticket system allows you to delete tickets. They were removed cause they would have revealed his demeanor. Teamspeak told me that their did not understand why the admin could not delete help tickets.
