I have done two rentals via parklet. The second of these they quite misled me on the amount I would receive as they phoned me to say they had an offer and quoted a price per week before their charges but failed to mention charges would apply. This meant that I’ve really received a lot less than I had anticipated and when I challenged them which I did as soon as I received the paperwork they were thoroughly unhelpful.

I would not suggest Parklet. I posted an advert with them and then without me agreeing with the advertised price they placed it.
I was then told that I would have to let my space to them even though I had managed to sell it elsewhere. Parklet locked me into paying and were extremely abrupt and salesy with their emails.
Parklet did well to sell my space but I never agreed a fee with them and Parklet roped me in.

We have the same problem. First of all, we were never told that they take 20 pound a month as fee, which is already ridicolous.
Our contract ends at the end of this month as we are moving house and are not responsible for the parking space anymore. We said that we want our keys and permits back at the end of the month and that we do not wish to readvertise the space. However, we got an email a few days ago that our parking space was re-rented again. Since, then we are trying to get in contact with parklet (tried to call them several times, we were always put on hold). When we finally got someone to talk to at parklet, she was absolutely rude and said that she was dealing with our problem.
Since then, we haven`t heard from them!!
VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!! not recommendable at all!!!!!!!!!better rent your parking space on your own, you don’t need to deal with them and get the money you deserve!

Parklet are a complete nitemare. I have to chase them each month for MY money, they have no customer service skills whatsoever, they only seem to reply to complaints by email and even then they mislead you. They charge £25 for admin fees which is very high and then an extra £10 charge on commission. They have told me numerous times that the money will be in my account 3-5 days from when they recieve (on the 1st of each month) and it is never in my account until 2 weeks later and thats only because i have to hound them. I will never use this company again and i suggest you advertise your drives for free and get the money you deserve. Cowboys!!
