What used to be an answer to allow people to live a normal life had now stirred the people to be divided into two classes; the pros and the oppositions. People who wish to approve the bill believe that if we do not act right now to combat climate change then we are just waiting for the total devastation of the Earth. They further stress that climate change is neither a fiction nor a science-made conviction; in fact, it is now highly recognized by the environmental, military, climate science and various communities who know the issue more than anyone else. All of these organizations believe in a common fact that climate change is a destabilizing force that will lead to the weakening of the economy which will end in a military conflict. They said that an economic will not progress without the use of energy; people cannot get rid of using fuel since it is something that they need in their everyday living.
