Busby SEO Challenge

After the Official Busby SEO Challenge Leader board has been announced, there few basic question from the participants. From which datacenter they get this result, because from their place they got another result within? This case just normal considering the Busby SEO Challenge contestant came from the entire world. I know that Google provide different result for different IP and data center for the search.

This Basic Question finally has been answered by Brycec the site admin of official Busby SEO Challenge forum at this post. They were using Google Australia Data Center for getting the official result. Although I’m living in Indonesia that very close with the Australia, but I think the Google data center were on different IP, because I got different result from my search for the Busby SEO Challenge key phrase too.

Placed at the 3rd position of the Busby SEO Challenge is a great experience for my self. I was on the second place yesterday, but as a new comer in this business, I think this is an awesome achievement for my self. In this post I would like to thank to my entire friend that already give their support for me on this contest. I will always give an update to those names and give this link page to dedicate on them.

This year, IT practitioners, masters, gurus, and experts are invites to participating on the Busby SEO Challenge 2008 contest. This year, participants are asking to boost their website to the top highest rank in Google search engine with particular key phrases.

Schnitzelmitkartoffelsalat is recorded as the first SEO Contest. This is a German phrase that is being used to test the search engines’ performance. It is also consider as the methods of search engine optimization. By Steffi Abel, in November 15, 2002, this method is being mentioned in the newsgroup. Since then, the contest is getting wider. In 2005, there were two major contests held in Europe, in Germany and Poland.

More than just sharing and showing the IT and search engine optimization talent and skill, but this SEO contest is also awarding some winning prizes. This year, Busby SEO Challenge contest offers $7,500 total winning prizes for three top highest rank websites that includes certain key phrase on their web page. This will be measured with the rank of their website in the major search engine of Google Search engine.
